CTIAR acknowledges that many authors and attendees will be traveling internationally for CTIAR-25 and may require a travel visa. In accordance with the CTIAR Authors Policy, at least one author must attend in person to present an accepted paper, and this author must register at the in-person rate.
For international attendees, we recommend utilizing the Canadian Consular Services website, which provides information on visa applications and estimated wait times for appointments. Please note that CTIAR does not have any influence over visa issuance decisions.
CTIAR will issue personalized invitation letters exclusively to registered, paid attendees of CTIAR-25. To request your letter, please use the online link provided in your registration confirmation email. We suggest printing this document to present during your visa appointment.
